You can overcome the deficiency of Vitamin C by taking all kinds of citrus fruits like orange, mosambi, kiwi, papaya, strawberry, guava. Apart from this, taking broccoli, spinach, cabbage, tomato, potato, carrot can also remove vitamin C deficiency. Your doctor can also give you a vitamin C tablet, which is beneficial if you take one tablet daily.
  2. Zinc : After Vitamin C, Zinc is one such element which is a big weapon for us in the fight against Corona. Zinc is required by our body in very small amounts. In addition to increasing the body’s immunity, zinc is necessary in important functions like physical development, wound healing, stopping blood flow, thyroid control, eyesight, digestion, virus prevention and insulin production. Adult men require 11 mg of zinc daily and women 8 mg daily. To overcome zinc deficiency, you can include banana, kiwi, avocado, strawberry, date, raisin, pomegranate, spinach, mushroom, apple, watermelon, sesame, almond etc. in the diet daily.
