2) Olive Oil Can Cause Allergies

Bile is produced by our liver and stored in the gallbladder. However, when our bodies retain excess fat, and we incorporate olive oil into our daily diet, this stored bile begins to release and emulsify the fats. It eventually leads to stones or a blockage.
7) Can Cause Diarrhea
The high-fat content of olive oil may induce digestive problems and gastrointestinal issues such as diarrhea.

8) Lowers Blood Pressure
Olive oil is proven to be good for our hearts. However, studies have shown that excessive consumption of olive oil might result in a significant drop in blood pressure. It is harmful to our overall health since it makes us susceptible to a variety of disorders, such as dizziness, lightheadedness, stroke, and kidney failure.
