Coconut Energy Balls
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, oatmeal, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. The mixture will be sticky.
3. Use your hands to form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
