Continue mixing in powdered sugar until well combined, then gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula or spoon.4. Scoop out 1 Tbsp of the peanut butter mixture onto each piece of parchment paper (or silicone baking mat), and use your hands to gently flatten it into a disc shape with even thickness across the surface of the candy bar.5.
